Business and leadership coaching gives you an hour with someone outside all of it.

What to expect
Coaching is more structured than counselling. You set goals, and each session works on the gap between where you are and where you intend to be. Sessions run 60 minutes, and most clients work fortnightly. Packages of 6 or 10 sessions reduce the per-session rate, and new coaching clients can book a free 20-minute Discovery Call first.

Questions about business & leadership coaching
What is the difference between coaching and counselling?
Counselling looks at what is happening for you and works through it. Coaching starts from where you want to get to and builds the route. In practice the two overlap, and Diane will be straightforward with you if what you actually need is the other one.
Is the Discovery Call really free?
Yes. New coaching clients can book a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call to talk through goals and decide whether coaching is a fit. No charge and no obligation to continue.
Can my business pay for coaching?
Yes, this is common. A tax invoice including GST is emailed automatically after each payment, which can be issued to a business. Whether it is deductible is a question for your accountant.
